I think what is looking  like dextrocardia is caused by tilting of the patient on the right side. Air bubbles result from the duodenal atresia.

I think we have three bubbles sign, instead ot two, the third one is overlapping the second one, Atresia is rather in third portion of duodenum, I have already uploaded three bubbles sign in radRound.

Right sided heart was postural, child has turned on the right side during radiography. I have already commented on this picture. Very nice film, thanks.

x.ray:-

-right sided heart.

-dilted stomach.

-could be dextrocardia+duodenal atresia or pyloric hyperplasia.

Thanks for the case! This the same we call it triple-bubble-sign, atresia of the third segment of duodenum, A similar case was posted by me  entitled Three bubbles sign, a while age.
