Yes sir trauma seems to be most appropriate justification for this X Ray finding .

In this case we have to look for other causes, like ones said before among them trauma is most reliable, isn't it?

Sir patient is young 25 yrs old and just got married

This is a female patient and previous multiple deliveries may cause degenerative changes of the sypmphysis pubis.

I think it to be post traumatic only as patient is not very sure about any H/o traum /fall ,moreover there is no histroy s/o any infective /inflammatory pathology .
