Thank you Dr Niknejad for your appreciation. Dr Lokhande had a case of chest for the unfolding of aorta, i asked her whether she has seen deformity of esophagus with unfolded aorta?  These cases were uploaded for her, to show that everybody mesures with his or her own meter!!!! GI worker see unfolding of aorta on the esophagrams!

very nice case about Compression effect of a tortuous descending thoracic aorta on esophagus ... thanks for case prof. rad ...
