Middle aged man with past h/o pulmonary Koch's, discontinued treatment and now c/o cough and fever. Tubular bronchiectasis in right middle lobe with tiny centriclobular nodules(1to3mm)

Nice case, if i was to select one, i would certainly have chosen the overall chest x-ray!!! instead of a thin cut.
