-This patient has an injury to the glenoid labrum (fibrocartilaginous rim attached around the margin of the glenoid cavity). SLAP is an initialism that stands for "Superior Labral tear from Anterior to Posterior".
-The capsule is broken to the axillary recess with a sign called "J" letter
- He is baseball pitcher with a forced hiperextension and internal rotation of right shoulder
