Tracheal bronchus
3D reconstruction shows the tracheal bronchus arising proximal to the carina and supplying the upper lobe. The middle lobe bronchus and lower lobe bronchus are seen lower.

It's basically a 3D volume reconstruction with the WL/WW set for the lungs. Most 3D software vendors have a lung setting like this. You can also do it OsiriX using some of the airways 3D volume presets. One of the big differences in techniques is how you remove the chest wall - automatically versus manually.
