Diverticulitis with abscess
Deformity and rupture of diverticula may produce abscess which is filled with barium in BE.

Dear Dr Mirchi,
If you notice deformed and ruptured diverticula around the sigmoid and barium filled cavity, relation of the abscess to sigmoid diverticula would be clear. Thanks for the comment.

it seem,s to be a large pelvic(?) abscess around rectosigmoid.
