Ok, ocular prothesis in the right orbit. Right maxillary sinus presents sinusitis, but there seems to be a foreign object right in/near the exterior wall of the sinus. Is that an artefact? If not, I`m curious of the patient`s background (how he lost his eye)?

Good job Alessandro, it's an ocular prosthesis (the x-ray was made for sinusitis, but that isn't why I posted it here :-))

It seems to be a ocular prostehesis, on the right side.
