Chest x.ray:-

-white opacity at parahilar spaces as bat wing appearanc+air broncogram.

-obliterted aortico pulmonry window with slightly pulmonary arteries congested evident by upwards orienttion of pulmonary vascular marking(amostach sign).

-clear both CP.angles.

-cardiac shadow within normal.

-picture of:-

1/ air space disease(alveolar pattern lesion) as:-

    - alveolar pneumonia.

    - alveolar edema or hge(bat wing sign)

    - bronchalveolar CA.

    - alveolar proteinosis
