Tension Pneumothorax with Azygous Lobe
Large Tension Pneumothorax with Azygous Lobe. Note the appearance of the right lung that appears tethered. Notice also splaying of ribs and slight leftward deviation of the mediastinum consistent with a tension pneumothorax (PTX).
