Thanks for explanation, so linear probe can overcome the gas distension to deteriorate picture. Thanks.

Dear sir Thanks for your comment ,you have rightly mentioned gas distension  definitely interferes ,thats why i use linear  probe to overcome this issue ,I just love linear probe for such cases.

Nice case. I think this is the only sign we expect from US to delineate in bowel obstruction of the small bowel. Gas distension of the bowel may interfer with ethiology in bowel obstruction. Is it true ? Please give your idea as en expert in US.
