Adult male with severe headache.

CSP is present in 100% of fetuses, but over 85% of them fuse by 3–6 months after birth. Sometimes CSP is acquired as in boxers [chronic brain trauma]. CSP has been loosely associated with schizophrenia and post-traumatic stress disorder.

The "fifth ventricle," is not anatomically correct and its use has fallen out of favor in recent years.
When CSP is symptomatic intervention should be considered.
Postural head is common symptom.
