U will have them, if u want to see Gastroschisis, in the next uopload! Gatroschisis is alike the exomphalus and is not seen below the umbilicus, wfhereas the spigelian hernia is always below the umbilicus because of the semicircular ligament.

Extreme of this sort of abnormality is possibly Gastroschisis. What do u think?

UR right it is so! They are uploaded just because of that, two films in supine and upright and another CT to show the site of hernia being at the external border of the rectus muscle below the umbilicus.

To me it's a rare specimen.
