Patient is K/C/O rheumatoid arthritis and is 80 years old so I thought of OA.

Thanks for case , bilateral narrowing ( medial & lateral of knees) suggest djd may due to RA . on senile djd usually narrowing dominant at medial part ( weight bearing ) of knee.
