For long time it was though that metastasis to appendicular skeleton distal to knees and elbows is very rare but of special concern is bronchogenic carcinoma which does have appendicular metastasis with even metastasis to fingers. Also hepatoma does so. At lateral view of wrist of this male patient with known small cell carcinoma the lower posterior radial cortex is indistinct. Giant cell tumor may have similar picture.
