Your favorite coffee bean sign is best demonstrated on the supine film in this series, this one in standing position delineates two fluid levels with small amount of fluid because of colonic absorption which is characteristic of the colon volvulus. Thanx for comment.

you can see the coffee bean sign which is the radiological sign for this case....
