History:
The patient presented with multiple stab wounds to the neck. The patient had undergone surgery to repair both jugular veins. The CT was done as a post surgical evaluation to determine the success of the jugular repair and to look for patency of the carotid and vertebral arteries.

Diagnosis:
Both carotid arteries and both vertebral arteries appear to be in tact.
