Odd case! There is a paradoxical sign of the heart size in the pectus excavatum. Because of depressed sternum heart size inceases in inspiration and decreases in expiration, or becomes normal, just the opposit of normal state. But i wonder how would it be with this one: heart is completely pushed on one side!!! Is is very amazing thank you very much Dr Niknejad for this advanced deformity.
