Osteolytic lesion of the 1st metacarpal
Expansile osteolytic lesion of the metadiaphyssis of the first metacarpal bone with internal trabeculations.In spite of the pronounced expansion, there is no evidence of cortical breakthrough. It is considered non aggressive bone lesion. It was a case of Aneurysmal bone cyst.
