You are right Dr Mirchi the small soft tissu mass behind Lt renal artery could be a lymph node probably metastatic. Thanx for your comment and notice.

is there any mesentric &retroperituneal LAP.s in this case?
eg. is the soft tissue density posterior to Lt.renal artery a lymph node
