Salpingitis Isthmica Nodosa
- inflammation of isthmic portion of fallopian tube
- SIN is sequela of chronic inflammation due to PID
- associated w/ endometriosis but always assoc with hydrosalpinx
- on HSG, nodular thickening of tubes or laproscopic visualization
- bilateral in majority of cases
- DDX: endometriosis
