Dear Dr Niknejad, thanks for your comment. As you may know the third element of the Rigler triad is usually lacking because of ordinary lucency of the gall stone. Obstruction of the small bowel with air in the bile ducts are enough for diagnosis. You will find it if you go through my archive in radRounds. I will upload them again for your sake.

Do you have any case of Rigler Triad in gallstone ileus ?
