Unfortunately this was from an outpatient in my private clinic and this was the only one i have, sorry!

Do you have a film of EU series of the same patient? Getting crazy to see that.

The route of disorder is exactly the same as you mentioned. Ectopic ureter wouldn't be diagnosed if there was no fistula! Thanx for comment.

How this complex abnormalty has developed? From rectal tube it appears that after introduction of contrast, the same entered into the vagina and uterine cavity through the short circuit and posibly reflux of contrast into one of the ureter and pc system which is having an ectopic insertion.
