Known patient with old TB. Many parenchymal nodules are seen suggesting miliary TB. An equivocal air-fluid interface at left upper lobe within large patchy area suggesting cavitation. Signs of reactivation TB include:
1. Large tuberculoma with surrounding small satellite lesions.
2. Miliary TB.
3. Bronchopneumonia.
4. Cavitation with air-fluid levels.
