Why the lens of normal eye is white(opaque)?Is it normal on a CT scan?

Retinoblastoma canbe associated with Osteosarcoma if the abnormal gene is RB gene,which is a tumour suppressor gene modulating the G1 to S phase of cell cycle.Normally it prevents the cell from going into S phase.Any Growthfactor can induce the formation of cyclins(esp Cyclin D)to form in the cell which activates cyclin dependent kinases(CDK 4) that results in phosphorylation of RB proteins,which deactivates them and cells go into S phase or in other words it promotes cell division which can result in tumour.Nice Cases Dr Kiani(as both osteogenic sarcoma and Retinoblastoma are closely related,if you have retinoblastoma you can get Osteosarcoma in future)
