Dear Dr Karthikeyan, My pleasure, thank you so much for your comment and notice. It is in fact my pleasure to share with you all , cases i've gathered during teaching radiology for a long time. If you don't mind i would call it some kind of RUMINATION! Thanx again.

Involvement of the peritoneum in the malignancy process i.e. peritoneal seeding causes typical arrangement of the SB bowel loops simulating palissade around courtyards.
