Right Michele, good job!
It is a traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the right ECA!

I postulated that if, you injected from left, a carotid-jugular fistula could have have cause precocious filling of the right jugular vein. So i guess...a pseudoaneurysm of the ECA or one of its branches (one of the thyroid arteries ?)

Dear Michele, the injection site is not important since we used a biphasic injection with saline infusion.
Sorry but you did not mention the right vessel, try again!

From which side the c.m. was injected (right or left arm?)

Which delay ?

It could be a pseudoaneurysm of the ICA or CCA...or an artero-venous fistula.
