I postulated that if, you injected from left, a carotid-jugular fistula could have have cause precocious filling of the right jugular vein. So i guess...a pseudoaneurysm of the ECA or one of its branches (one of the thyroid arteries ?)
Dear Michele, the injection site is not important since we used a biphasic injection with saline infusion.
Sorry but you did not mention the right vessel, try again!
