Dear Sir honestly speaking I didnot look at soft tissue  on left side,since you r saying retrospectively I think it appears so .

Thank you very much for your kindness. Would you pay attention to soft tissues on the left side? Don't you think of some unilateral hypertrophy, or Heimedine disease, which is shown as different length of the femors?

Shortened right femur with decrease in neck shaft angle right capital epiphysis small in size and displaced superolaterally
