The osseous density projecting from the inferior aspect of the clavicle represents an enlarged conoid tubercle making an accessory articulation with the coracoid process of scapula (coracoclavicular joint).
DD: Post-traumatic myositis ossificans of the coracoclavicular ligament.
Absent trauma history and the smooth corticated margin point to a congenital origin of this anomaly.
