chest x.ray;

- multiple stutures at level of sternum ,with air in pericrdium at left side ,implement to open thoracic surgery.

-parahilar and peritrachial white opacity ,which solhouting the right border of the heart.

-obliterated aorticopulmonary window denoting to congested pulmonary trunk,with unfolded aorta,denoting enlarged right atrium with pulmonary artery hypertesion, or dilated ascending aorta.

-lowering right copula of diaphgram may be due to unwell position of the patient.or dilated right atrium.

-free both lateral costophrenic nles.

-average size of the heart in the transvere diameter.

-ECG leads seen.
