US gray scale revealed;-

-hyperechoic lesion within the uterine cavity .oval in shape, smooth margin,with central hypoecoic breakdown,no free fluid could be seen in culdu sac or in the pelvic region,,picture consistant with fibroid or endometrioma for clinical correlation and further investigtion
