Yes sir you are perfecly correct. There is hematoma compressing the left side of the rectum and intermingled with air escaped from rectal perforation and nitrogene relerased in the hematoma.Bladder contour at the back is intact.

Apart from fracture left ischio-pubic rami (Lt), crescentic lucency outlining the bladder wall is possibly the diagnostic criteria? Am i correct sir?
