Peptic ulcer esophagus 1

Gastro-esophageal reflux associated with hiatus hernia or without it, is the source of peptic ulcer which may transform to carcinoma later on. Here is in first series peptic ulcers in esophagus which will be followed by carcinoma transformation in second series.
