Yes Sir ,you guessed it right ,the obsturction was secondary to ileocaecal adenocarcinoma ,elderly patient presented with pain in abdomen and was investigated ,I dont have USG and CT images.

Thanks for this complete obstruction, the cause may be located in ileo-cecal region. Am i right?
