Orbital meningioma. Do you have other diagnosis?

7o years old male with left proptosis.
The mass is seen centered around left sphenoid wing with both orbital and left temporal extensions. Flecks of calcifications are seen and the mass is hyperdense from the start. No sphenoid wing hyperostosis. No thickening of optic nerve is appreciated. Mass is eccentric and is seen abutting medial orbital wall.
I think about orbital meningioma. I think that optic nerve meningioma would have optic nerve thickening and have central location in orbit. Sphenoid wing meningioma would have hyperostosis of sphenoid wing. Being elderly male is against meningioma so lymphoma should be considered but unlike in presence of calcifications. Calcified metastasis may also be suggested [e.g. sacrcomatous, mucin-secreting GIT tumors, ovarian neoplasm, lymphoma and thyroid neoplasms].
