Expansion of the bony rib with fibrous deposits in it, such as in fibrous dysplasia, simulates porcelain gall-bladder, if the radiography is limited to GB area.

You were the only one to guess porcelain GB, in fact it seemed so, but fibrous dysplasia of the rib was the answer. Thanks Wael for your comment and appreciation.
