Thanx sir. In fact i am jealous of your residents who are so lucky / fortunate to have a person like you as their teacher. Hope to learn more and more from you.

Yes sir that is right. As you may know i am a lecturer in our university in Tabriz-Iran ( a professor of radiology and director of the imaging group) and because of this, these are taken out from my lectures made for residents just to show them the series and sometimes taken from different patients put together in a sense of scientific complex. Anyhow it is kind of you to notice the details.

Yes sir, I find so much of interest in your cases that i used to see every corner and i had a very close look and it appears from the status of vertebral column that they are not from the same series. I am sure that you have mixed up from your huge collection.

It is shown in another film by barium if you look at No3 on the same series. The aim was to show them separately. Thanx for your comment on my cases, i am enjoying them!

Thanx sir. Opacified jejunal loops are on the right side of spine and left-sided colon is not visible in this film of follow through series.

Yes sir! The important is dislocated jejunum and left sided colon. Thanx for notice.

Is it associated with a duodenal diverticulum?
