Severe hypertrophic cardiomyopathy - Cardiac MRI

Severe hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Basal short-axis DE-MRI image show that there is patchy scarring in the severely hypertrophied septum, both superior and inferior, at the sites of RV insertion, as well as subendocardial and mid myocardial involvement in the lateral wall.
