Soft tissue swelling over eyelid. Mild thickening of left optic nerve.Medial wall of left orbit defective, postoperative drainage of pus.Herniation of orbital fat and medial rectus muscle through defect in left medial wall orbit.

Dr Wael, left cavernous sinus does appear slightly prominent.

I think there is asymmetry of cavernous sinuses; prominent L one.
