Abdominal examination revealed hepatomegaly with multinodular edges due to mets .

Was it in the lower colon? Hemorroidal veins connecting the systemic venous system could give lung mets from colon cancer, otherwise hepathic mets are the first rank ones. Thanks for the case.

Surly my prof , A  50-year-old  man  with  a  known  history  of  colonic  carcinoma,  complained  of  cough  with occasional  blood-streaked  sputum  for  2  months,  and  recent  loss  of  appetite  and  weight.
