Psoriatic arthritis.
Bilateral symmetrical involvement, preserved bone mineralization, pencil in cup deformity and bone proliferation.
Leprosy may appear similar but involving mainly IPJs.
Ivory phalanx is characteristic for psoriatic athritis.
