Atresia of the jejunum or ileum distant from the delivery, probably at the first trimester of the gravidity.

Thank you Dr Mirchi, somebody took it for SB obstruction but you already know the microcolon is seen in ileal atresia not in the obstruction. This is in fact an unused colon. Thanx agin for your comment.
