Yes it was an old trauma resulting in the reduction of joint space superlaterally with narrowing of joint space inferomedially with a bony spur resulting in subluxation with bony spur with superadded OA changes

Widening of the lower articular space and narrowing of the its upper space should be the result of subluxation. Agree! But Why the spur? Did he have trauma?

The left hip looks slightly dislocated

Left coxo-femoral articular space narrowing with a spur above the acetabulum. Congenital and bilateral sacralization. Am i right?
