Man 62 y/o with chest pain and newly formed tissue in the left anterior superior mediastinal lodge.
The lesion determines coarctation / infiltration of :
* section of the Left Subclavian Vein surrounding the lung
apex,
* jugular-subclavian venous confluence,
* underlying and proximal section of Anonymous Vein.
Likely infiltration of chondro-sternal articulation of the first left rib.
The global perfusion phase allows also a more specific bioptic sampling with CT guide.
