Axial Basal.


Primary mediastinal neuroblastoma accounts for 14% of
all neuroblastomas.
Common location is posterior mediastinum, where they arise
from paravertebral sympathetic chain.
They have been associated with a number of disorders, such as Hirschsprung disease, fetal alcohol syndrome, Di George syndrome, Von Recklinghausen disease, and Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome.
