MDCT investigation for check a previous left bronchopneumonia

History:
Man 62 year old under MDCT investigation for check a previous left bronchopneumonia, treated with medical therapy, three months before.
Current symptoms: mild dyspnea, cough, fever and weight loss.
Examination of the sputum negative. Tine test and Mantoux test Positive (+ +) .
Patient did not tolerate the execution of fiber-bronchoscopy.

AXIAL CT after contrast.

on right lung:
nodular calcification in the posterior segment of the right upper lobe (previous report to juvenile primary complex).

on left lung:
large consolidated lesion, moderately vascularized and with sharp margins, in dorsal territories of apex-posterior segment the left upper lobe.
