There is also a left infiltrate-mosted aprreciated in the apice. The left lower lobe also is affected, note fluid in base. This patient has cardiomegaly. With the overinflation of the right lung (see base) and barrel chest, this patient is probably asthmatic. There are multiple right rib fractures. This patient is obliqued. A second chest series or CT would be beneficial to assess additional tissue and pathology.
