Lymphedema in non cancerous breast

Filariasis is a uncommon but non very rare specially in tropical countries. This lady presented with gross enlargement of one beast with no focal mass. No enlarged axillary LN. Sonomammogram revealed edema in one breast i.e. right with dilated tubular structures not appearing like ducts. Few tiny calcifications within it. Even in absence of serpeginous calcifications and filarial dance on real time USG this can be thought due to above features.
