Is a fibrolamellar ! Again a great call for Saeed ! Apart for the radiating pattern, they are to many and too large to be benignant...

Adenoma usally have some hemorrhagic foci and FNH doesn't show radiating pattern, still i am insisting on the fibrolamellar mass somewhat less malignant than hepatoma.
