Concerning the case: smouth border of the mass and its lucency and moreover a fat lady (mother of a colleague radiologist) are the points to suspect a lipoma. She has been operated and doing well now. The best modality in this case is the water enema instead of barium. Fat has lower density than water and would be obviously seen. Thaks for your appreciation.
